   • Preliminary SIP Layout: Any SIP manufacturer can use this for cost estimation.
2. Cost Estimation: With the included 200-item spreadsheet, you can estimate your project’s budget based on local costs on your site.
3. Permit-Ready Documents:  Once you confirm the project cost is within your budget, we can provide a full set of permit-ready construction documents. These include a cover sheet and additional details for a nominal additional fee.
