Begin your journey with our cost-effective Discovery Drawing, priced at the equivalent of a premium cup of coffee. This foundational drawing provides:
- A vibrant, full-color perspective image
- A dimensioned floor plan
- A cross-section of the structure
- Additional color images for clarity
Once your team aligns with the initial concept, we are ready to advance to the next phase.

Our comprehensive Schematic Drawing set, presented in a larger 12″ x 18″ format, includes:
- A full-color rendering of the model
- A floor plan scaled at 1/4″ or larger
- A foundation plan complete with dimensions (including a trailer sketch for tiny homes on wheels)
- Elevations showcasing all sides of the structure
- Cross-sections in both directions, showing interior and exterior heights
- A roof plan to facilitate SIP Manufacturer cost estimation
At this stage, the goal is to asses the cost to build your building on your site in today’s dollars. we encourage you not to dwell on the details. Adjustments to windows, doors, and walls can be made to align with your vision and budget.

Should the initial budget assessment not align with your expectations, we offer two clear paths:
